RCF Gears Up Early For Summer with is New Active Subs

RCF have now added a complete range of active subwoofers to its TT range. These High Power, High Output active subwoofer systems set a new standard in touring sound reinforcement. Utilising RCF's state of the art integrated digital amplification and advanced digital processing, new standards are set in terms of low distortion, noise and thermal efficiency.

Four models are available, the TTS56-A, TTS36-A, TTL36-AS and TTS26-A.

The RCF range of active subwoofers are all high power, high output active systems with an integrated two channel digital amplification and build-in advanced digital processing. The amplifier’s input board includes all the controls to configure the system for every situation both locally and remotely thanks to the Ethercon port and RCF's exclusive RDNet control software.

The largest of the four models is the TTS56-A which delivers a staggering 6800W output via 2 x 21" drivers.

The TTS36-A, TTL36-AS deliver a very high 4000W output via 2 x 18" drivers and the TTS26-A delivers an impressive 3400W of power via 2 x 15" drivers.

Ergonomic Handles

The powder coated aluminium handles are made with an ergonomic rubber handgrip to allow for better handling of the cabinet and are positioned to facilitate easy transport, positioning and loading operations.

Rugged Cabinet

The cabinet is made of high quality Baltic Birch plywood with every layer glued using a special water resistant adhesive that makes the cabinet completely waterproof. By utilising special heavy duty Polyurea paint, a thick, protective coating is formed making it highly resistant to scratches and bumps. Polyurea also possesses a high tolerance for environmental humidity and temperature.

Sturdy Wheels

Threaded high quality steel swivel wheels with high resistance rubber that allows incredibly smooth manoeuvrability on any surface.

Protective Grill

The grill is supplied finished with a double coating lined with special foam to provide extra protection to the drivers.

Internal Braced Structure

The internal structure of the cabinet is heavily braced to survive long term use and transportation and presents two separate acoustic chambers for the woofers with a separate housing for the amplifier ensuring components have adequate space to breathe when operating at higher temperatures.
